Job Description

Sportradar's 24/7 Content is an AI-powered sports data product designed to give betting operators round-the-clock coverage of niche sports. Using real-time, deep data, it enables the creation of new and expanded betting markets. Using advanced Computer Vision technology, Sportradar 24/7 Content automatically tracks and processes real-time data across a range of sports with near-instant speed and accuracy, covering over 500,000+ exclusive matches a year. Optimised for non-prime timeslots, it sets new standards in the industry while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and reliability, supported by a dedicated live monitoring team that ensures data quality and acts as an additional safety net for clients.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Maintain and administrate all reporting tools with regards to 24/7 content.
  • Support and manage internal processes and operational initiatives across the 24/7 Content portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyse the 24/7 Content portfolio, flagging optimisation opportunities to the relevant teams.
  • Support and where needed take ownership of projects with various internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Portfolio & Partnerships, Financial Planning and Analysis, Content Operations and Live Betting teams to maintain smooth and effective content workflow.
  • Participate in commercial initiatives with arguments based on detailed data analysis, statistics, and market research.
  • Communicate with incumbent partners and other potential partners when required.
  • Work closely with Portfolio & Partnerships, Market Intelligence and Commercial team in building business initiatives and plans.
  • Contribute to budget planning processes in collaboration with Portfolio & Partnerships, Products and Production.
  • Support the Sales team with product knowledge and responses to specific inquiries.
  • Benchmark competitor offerings and monitor their strategic direction.
  • Stay informed on developments across the betting industry and sports data landscape.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in a consulting, operations, project management, business management, product ownership and/or a related role. 
  • Skilled in handling administrative responsibilities in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proficient in analysis and reporting, with experience delivering actionable reports across operational and commercial teams.
  • Diligent in following through on details and wrapping up loose ends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 
  • Collaborative approach and adept at building effective business relationships. 
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient with a strong desire to deliver results even in an ambiguous environment.
  • A flexible and hands-on approach to work, adapting readily to changing needs and priorities.
