Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position will provide support for the Organizational Development Department. This department is tasked with serving as a resource to the corporate and divisional offices in the areas of organizational development, talent management, training, and human resources.
Support may include, but is not limited to, designing and editing instructional content, working with subject matters experts (SMEs) on course development, assisting with the implementation and support of training programs, as well as data analysis and reporting.
Essential Functions
• Designing and editing leadership development instructional content alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Assisting with the implementation and support of various training programs.
• Developing training-related surveys and conducting analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of training reinforcement content.
• Assisting in scripting, filming, and editing videos to support training modules.
• Taking classroom instructional content and building interactive modules to be loaded into the LMS.
• Assisting in the development of organizational communications.

Education
• Must be currently enrolled and be in good standing with their College/University and be pursuing a degree in a related field to the internship.
• Junior or Senior level is preferred.
Experience
• Previous work experience is a plus but is not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Mail.
• Good oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Should demonstrate tenacity and the ability to work on teams, take instruction, the desire for learning all areas of the work involved.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Motivated, self-starter; Ability to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team well.

Other Requirements
• Some travel may be required. May require driving between operating locations.
• May involve exposure to dust, dirt and noise.
• May work in an office setting and that requires sitting/standing for extended periods of time.
• If in an operations setting must have the ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time.
• Requires the use of computerized equipment and technology.
• This position requires knowledge and awareness of site hazards. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Oracle Business Environment and other software packages relevant to the position.
• Weekly meetings of Google meet with other interns with Division Training Manager.
• Prepare a presentation summarizing their training near the end of the program to be given in front of Managers/Supervisor, HR and other interns.
