作为TI的设备工程师，你将:
- 和世界各地的领先的设备供应商精诚合作，为TI评估，选择，调试直至大规模量产满足产品需求的设备；
- 实时对量产设备的参数进行监控分析并且适时做出避免生产异常的措施；
- 不断提升设备性能，以满足更低运维成本，更稳定,更高效，更安全的生产制造需求；
- 能够与产线技术人员，生产人员以及设备现场供应商高效沟通，提供及时的技术支持与指导，让产线设备能够快速从问题中修复并恢复生产。
- 定期总结设备运行状况和项目进程。
Qualifications我们在寻找：
- 2027年毕业生（25-26年毕业生，少于24个月工作经验也可投递），本科/硕士学历，理工科相关专业；
- 对设备原理、机械结构、电气控制有基础认知与兴趣
- 动手能力强，做事严谨细心，责任心强
- 能适应工厂工作节奏，具备良好沟通与团队协作意识
- 具备良好的学习能力自我激励及抗压能力；
- 良好的数据分析及汇报能力；
- 良好的英文沟通能力。
