The team you’ll join
The Corporate Finance department creates financial forecasts and advises the StepStone Senior Management Team and Board of Directors on financial performance, outlook, and capital structure. In addition, the Corporate Finance team shares responsibility for public company reporting with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Investor Relations and partners across the firm to drive best-in-class processes.

About the role

Key responsibilities
- Prepare management team reporting for quarter-end deliverables
- Gather and organize data to support KPI reporting
- Complete a strategic Corporate Finance project with supervision and guidance from team
- Assist development of additional KPIs to support management team decision-making
- Update firm internal financial model
What we’re looking for
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028
- GPA of 3.2 or higher
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills
- Team player and outstanding work ethic

Salary: $40 / hour
