作为TI的设备技术员实习生,您将在恒温的无尘室中工作,负责设备的安装投产、保养维护、问题处理、性能改进和功能升级。您将与整个工厂的工程和制造团队,高效解决芯片制造过程中的问题。
岗位职责:
1、 设备维修: 监控及分析相关数据及生产线状况,负责第一时间排查并处理影响正常生产的设备故障,保持生产线的正常生产,提高设备系统性能以达到生产要求,减少停机对生产的影响;
2、设备改机: 根据需求及时切换设备配置,以满足产线生产计划需求;
3、设备保养: 使用校准、诊断及相关方法和工具对设备进行拆卸、校验、清洁等,对设备进行保养;
4、产线反馈: 负责跟踪反馈产线主要问题,包括质量、安全、设备主要问题等;
5、文件化标准化: 针对日常工作和生产中遇到的问题进行书面化总结,提出解决方案,并进行标准化和文件化。
6、部门重要任务指标跟踪: 负责跟踪部门重要任务指标,分析、反馈相关数据,并提供合理性改善建议。
工作时间:
实习期间: 上五休二,工作时间为8:30~17:30
毕业后:
上班两天,休息两天。日班与夜班30/60天轮换一次。
日班:7:45-20:00,夜班:19:45-次日8:00。

Qualifications职位要求:
1.大专学历,2027年毕业的同学;
2.电子/机械/电气/汽车/材料等理工科专业优先;
3.适应无尘室工作环境、全身连体无尘服及无尘手套和口罩;
4.实习期间不倒班、不加班,毕业后能适应倒班工作。
5.基本的英文能力;
6.熟练掌握Word、Excel以及PowerPoint等办公软件;
7.主动性强,积极向上的态度,以结果为导向;具有良好的沟通和表达能力,快速的学习能力和较强的动手能力;具有较强的团队协作能力及意识;
8. 7 月~ 8 月实习, 8 月底进行考核转正,考核通过后即可拿到秋招的正式 offer。
