作为TI的设备技术员实习生，您将在恒温的无尘室中工作，负责设备的安装投产、保养维护、问题处理、性能改进和功能升级。您将与整个工厂的工程和制造团队，高效解决芯片制造过程中的问题。
岗位职责：
1、 设备维修： 监控及分析相关数据及生产线状况，负责第一时间排查并处理影响正常生产的设备故障，保持生产线的正常生产，提高设备系统性能以达到生产要求，减少停机对生产的影响；
2、设备改机： 根据需求及时切换设备配置，以满足产线生产计划需求；
3、设备保养： 使用校准、诊断及相关方法和工具对设备进行拆卸、校验、清洁等，对设备进行保养；
4、产线反馈： 负责跟踪反馈产线主要问题，包括质量、安全、设备主要问题等；
5、文件化标准化： 针对日常工作和生产中遇到的问题进行书面化总结，提出解决方案，并进行标准化和文件化。
6、部门重要任务指标跟踪： 负责跟踪部门重要任务指标，分析、反馈相关数据，并提供合理性改善建议。
工作时间：
实习期间： 上五休二，工作时间为8：30~17：30
毕业后：
上班两天，休息两天。日班与夜班30/60天轮换一次。
日班：7：45-20：00，夜班：19：45-次日8：00。

Qualifications职位要求：
1.大专学历，2027年毕业的同学；
2.电子/机械/电气/汽车/材料等理工科专业优先；
3.适应无尘室工作环境、全身连体无尘服及无尘手套和口罩；
4.实习期间不倒班、不加班，毕业后能适应倒班工作。
5.基本的英文能力；
6.熟练掌握Word、Excel以及PowerPoint等办公软件；
7.主动性强，积极向上的态度，以结果为导向；具有良好的沟通和表达能力，快速的学习能力和较强的动手能力；具有较强的团队协作能力及意识；
8. 7 月~ 8 月实习， 8 月底进行考核转正，考核通过后即可拿到秋招的正式 offer。
