About the Summer Analyst (Internship) Position:
As a Summer Analyst, you will build upon your analytical, critical thinking, and research skills from day one and will work closely with members at all levels of the organization, from our fellow Business Analysts to Partners, the Managing Director, and CEO, providing you with a real-life consulting experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with a range of experts in the firm, from fellow interns to partners and the CEO
- Be staffed on a variety of projects where you will be given visibility from start to finish.
- Support your project team by interviewing clients or experts, conducting market research, building financial models, working with your team to develop perspectives and insights, and helping create the client deck.
- Source and gather information, synthesize and analyze your findings, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations
You will receive training and coaching on:
- Structuring and creating an action plan to work through complex problems
- Working effectively with a team to come up with the best recommendations
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients to better serve them
- Communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences
- Build rapport and garner buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- Research and analytical tools and skills
- Artificial intelligence
Requirements:
- Currently a third-year (junior standing) student with a strong academic record
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A strong interest in the media/tech space
- Independent, motivated, and proactive team player
