We're offering internship opportunities in the following departments:
🔧 Business Tools DevelopmentFor students interested in business systems, operations, and technology.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in building and improving internal tools and dashboards
Analyze workflows and support automation efforts
Work alongside the Business and Technology teams on strategic process improvements
For students in mechanical, materials, or manufacturing engineering.
What You’ll Do:
Support research and testing of advanced composite materials
Help evaluate material strength, weight, and durability
Gain lab experience and exposure to the paddle production process
For students focused on engineering, physics, or quality control.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with precision measurement and equipment calibration
Analyze paddle specifications to maintain quality and consistency
Learn and apply metrology tools and software in real testing environments
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students
Strong analytical and communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
A passion for pickleball & sports, product development, and learning new things
Ability to work on-site in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Work alongside industry leaders and innovators
