決済事業本部では2日間のサマー・ワークショップを実施します。決済事業本部では海外事業を展開する日本企業や日本で事業展開する外資系企業のお客様に対し、グローバルでの経験と外資系銀行としての強みを活かして戦略的なアドバイザリーとサポートを行っています。世界最大規模のキャッシュ・マネジメント体制を備え、送金決済、回収、流動性管理、貿易金融、サプライチェーン・ファイナンスなどグローバルベースで包括的な金融ソリューションを提供し、さらに、APIやブロックチェーンをはじめとする新しいテクノロジーやデジタライゼーションにも力を入れています。
2日間のサマー・ワークショップでは銀行業務の基礎知識、決済事業本部が社会に果たす役割の重要性、そしてJPモルガン・チェース銀行に対する理解を深めていただけます。
日程: 2025年8月7日 - 8日
会場: J.P. Morgan東京オフィス
状況によりオンラインベースでの実施となる可能性もございます。オフィスで開催の場合、関東圏外の国内大学/国内大学院に在学中の皆様には、ワークショップご参加にあたり当社にて交通費と宿泊費をサポートいたします。海外からの渡航費は対象外となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  1. 分析・数量・コミュニケーション能力に優れている方
  2. リーダーシップと協調性を併せ持つ方
  3. エクセル、パワーポイント、ワードなどを使える方
  4. Native/Fluentレベルの日本語ならびにビジネスレベルの英語をお持ちの方
  5. 日本国内の大学または大学院を2026年4月から2027年3月までにご卒業・修了予定の方。
  6. 2025年夏に国内(弊社東京オフィス)にて行われる選考プロセス、およびサマー・ワークショップに全日程参加可能な方。

Payments will host a 2-day Summer Workshop this year. Payments leverages our global experience to deliver strategic advisory and support to Japanese firms dealing globally and foreign firms operating in Japan. With our world class cash management infrastructure, we deliver full financial solutions spanning payment settlement, clearing, liquidity management, trade finance and supply chain finance. We have a strong digitalization focus through new technologies such as API and blockchain.

Date: August 7 - 8, 2025
This event will be hosted in our Tokyo office, however depending upon the situation it may be conducted online. Please note that this is an unpaid event program. We will reimburse transportation cost and arrange accommodation to participate our Summer Workshop at our Tokyo office for students who are attending schools outside of the greater Tokyo area. No support is provided for travel from outside of Japan.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  1. Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills
  2. Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
  3. Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  4. Native or Fluent level of Japanese and business level English language skills
  5. Expected graduation date between April 2026 and March 2027 from a Japanese university undergraduate or postgraduate program
  6. Can attend, in our Tokyo office, the interview process and the Summer Workshop for the entire period
