The Role

The FP&A team is at the epicenter of financial and operational decision-making across the organization. As a Financial Analyst Summer Intern in FP&A, you will work cross-functionally to drive business insight. We're looking to hire strategic thinkers who can model the future, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with others. You'll rely on analytical and interpersonal skills to support a growing, online, Food for Work marketplace.

What You'll Do: 

  • Support Financial Modeling: Assist in building financial models and analyses for decision-making and planning.
  • Assist in Financial Reporting: Help consolidate financial data for reports on weekly performance, monthly results, and Board updates.
  • Contribute to Reporting Improvements: Help implement new tools to streamline planning and reporting processes.

What You Have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to operate independently, synthesize complex data, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to communicate thoughtfully and craft narratives for a broad network of stakeholders

The national cash compensation range for this role is $20 - $25/hour*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
