What will you do?

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Workplace on a variety of strategic initiatives, providing support in an analyst capacity which could include business case development, opportunity assessment, research of best practices, analytics and more
  • Support Global Head of Workplace with leadership communications and change management initiatives
  • Cross-collaborate with various teams across CRE as required to support new projects, initiatives, and general information gathering to frame up Gain insight and perspective into the financial services industry by sourcing and developing interesting and engaging content for RBC’s internal and external communication channels
  • Build your network by supporting enterprise-wide signature initiatives including executing tactical plans as required

  • While previous knowledge of retail or office real estate is not a requirement, any background in CRE is an asset.

  •  Demonstrated record of academic success with diverse range of extracurricular activities

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Fall 2025 Student placement with a start date of September 2025, and end date of December 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
