The Role

Rotational Program - Human Resources
The Rotational Program - Human Resources Associate enrolls in a rotational development program designed to provide participants exposure to various areas of Human Resources (HR) Total Rewards, HR Operations, Workforce Strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Attraction, Culture and Diversity & Inclusion or Shared Services. The rotational program is designed to challenge and develop the participant's HR knowledge and capabilities, while also enabling business impact. Working under close supervision, this job contributes valuable work to HR function and business and build an extensive network within the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops the knowledge and skills required to be successful in HR through hands-on experience across various lines of business in the organization.
  • Builds peer and mentor relationships to provide ongoing coaching and development feedback throughout rotational assignments.
  • Gains broader HR understanding of both the corporate and operations functions.
  • Meets with senior HR leaders to better understand how HR drives crucial business decisions throughout the organization.
  • Utilizes academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges for a mission driven asset management organization.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $30.00/hr. - $31.25/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
