The RBC Capital Markets Insights Program is an industry-leading multi-month early insight and professional development program for outstanding undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in finance.
In the U.S., the program explores Capital Markets careers with our award-winning businesses in Banking (including Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Municipal Finance), Global Markets (including Global Research, Origination, and Sales & Trading).
Program Benefits:
- A structured, multi-month program involving in-person and virtual development opportunities as well as a thorough orientation to RBC Capital Markets and the finance industry

Eligibility:
- You are genuinely passionate about a career in Capital Markets
- You are a full-time undergraduate student graduating in December 2027 or June 2028.
- You are able to join us for a 2027 summer internship
