 Position Summary

To participate in and assist in the establishment, operation, maintenance and improvement of ISO9001 management systems and system document control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate and assist in the establishment, operation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001 management system.

2. Responsible for management systems document control.

3. Responsible for translating Vietnamese documents into English documents.

4. Work liaison with clients/quality certification bodies/external laboratories/suppliers as entrusted by the supervisor.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience

1. At least one years of work experience in FDI company in any area.

2. Experience working in QA/ISO department is preferred.

3. Good command of English.

4. Capability/potential to lead the QMS audit with customer.

Education, Licenses & Certification

1. College degree or above in any major; Major of English is preferred.

2. ISO 9001/ 14001/ TL9000/ ESD Internal Auditor Qualification Certificate is preferred.

Work Conditions

1. 48hours per week.

2. Working in the office, the production area.

3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
