    • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
    • Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
    • Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security.
    • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls.
