Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as IT Support Specialist with at least a year of experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in providing hands-on support to clients for implementing cybersecurity controls, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring technical readiness and related projects for clients.
- Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Strong understanding of network configurations, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring compliance with CMMC controls.
- Additional Considerations:
- Certifications: Many roles will require certifications such as CMMC Professional/Assessor, CISSP, CISA, or Security+.
- Clearances: Depending on client needs, certain positions may require U.S. government security clearances.
