As our B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through various channels such as SEO, PPC, CRO, and other growth initiatives. You will lead our marketing efforts, leveraging both internal resources and external partnerships to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, PPC, CRO, email marketing, and branding.
• Lead and manage all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize marketing efforts.
• Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Continuously measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B digital marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in PPC, SEO, and CRO.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing both internal teams and external agencies.
