Requirement

  • Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create polished and pixel-perfect designs that elevate user experiences.
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Bonus Skills:

  • Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Motion design and prototyping skills using tools like Principle, After Effects, or similar.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices in UX/UI design.
