- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems low-code platform following established engineering and OutSystems best practices
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of OutSystems solutions
- Review solution designs and implementations to reduce technical debt and prevent non-standard platform usage
- Act as a U.S. business-hours escalation resource for production incidents and support requests for the LTMS OutSystems platform
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions to improve platform stability
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to restore service and maintain platform reliability
- Contribute to system design discussions and integrations across OutSystems, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Mentor junior engineers and offshore teams and support release planning, change management, and deployment activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on senior-level experience designing, building, and supporting solutions on the OutSystems platform, including architecture and production support
- Experience with integrations and modern engineering practices, including Azure services, APIs, SDLC, design patterns, and CI/CD or DevOps concepts
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Ability to lead technical decisions, review implementations, and enforce standards that improve reliability and reduce operational risk
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose production issues, communicate clearly to stakeholders, and drive durable fixes
- Effective collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions with product, QA, architecture, and cross-functional teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $91,300.00 - $228,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
