Pay Range $65,000 to $90,000 (DOE)
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports internal and external marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing trade shows and events, maintaining promotional materials, supporting digital marketing efforts, and analyzing market trends. This role collaborates with internal departments, customers, vendors, and industry partners to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
QualificationsRequisites
• Reports directly to the Vice President.
• Regular, full-time exempt position requiring a minimum 40-hour weekly schedule.

• Associate’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and passport (or ability to obtain) with the ability to travel domestically and internationally by land, air, or sea.
Tasks and Work Activities
• Develop and coordinate with management the release of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, website, and social media platforms.
• Prepare marketing reports and visually present campaign performance through dashboards, graphs, and written analysis.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Forecast and monitor marketing and sales trends using analytics, customer feedback, and market research.
• Travel to trade shows and industry events to coordinate booth setup, teardown, logistics, displays, shipments, signage, audiovisual requirements, event operations, serve as on-site support during trade shows by engaging attendees, distributing marketing materials, coordinating schedules, and assisting sales personnel.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, expense tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice verification.
• Manage and update promotional materials, catalogs, brochures, website content, social media content, and digital asset repositories.
• Maintain AVC social media platforms in accordance with company standards and branding guidelines.
• Proficiency in English language including spelling, grammar, composition, reading comprehension, and professional communication.
• Ability to coordinate and assist with video production projects involving internal stakeholders, vendors, and multimedia resources while maintaining schedules and budgets. This includes content creation, graphic coordination, photography, video collection, and development of marketing communications.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and prepare meaningful reports and recommendations.
• Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Marketing automation platforms, social media management and marketing analytics tools. Website content management systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Sitting, standing, reaching, bending, moving light objects, and climbing stairs.
