* Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to develop resilient solutions for bare metal environments.
* Support testing, documentation, and tuning for production-grade edge setups.
Requirements
* 10–15 years of experience in systems architecture, with deep expertise in Kubernetes (K3S) and bare metal deployments.
* Hands-on experience with Rancher, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes networking/storage stacks.
* Strong programming or scripting skills in Python and/or Golang.
* Familiar with virtualization, edge computing, and air-gapped environments.
* Proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.
