•Lead multiple interconnected projects, managing dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and resources
•Establish and run program governance, including cadence, reporting, risk management, and decision escalation paths
•Provide direction and support to project managers, ensuring consistency in delivery approach, standards, and execution
•Manage program level financials including forecasting, tracking, and alignment to approved commitments
•Identify, assess, and mitigate cross project risks and issues before they impact outcomes
•Use data and program metrics to track progress, predict outcomes, and inform decisions
•Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to maintain alignment, transparency, and shared accountability
•Ensure program deliverables meet agreed quality, compliance, and customer expectations

•Demonstrated ability to manage program financials, including forecasts, budgets, and trade offs
•Experience coordinating and influencing project managers and cross functional teams without direct authority
•Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans with clear outcomes and milestones
•Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to manage program performance and predict risks
•Ability to operate effectively in environments with changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus
Preferred skills and experience
•Program or project management certification such as PgMP, PMP, or PRINCE2
