Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle+ Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Own functional testing activities for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and regression test suites
- Validate integrations on a functional level (email notifications, APIs, external systems)
- Collaborate with BA/PO to clarify requirements and provide early quality feedback
- Lead defect triage sessions and contribute to risk assessment
- Provide structured test reporting and communicate quality status to stakeholders
- Support UAT activities and ensure smooth collaboration with business teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Manual QA
- Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and reporting
- Strong skills in test analysis, test design, and test documentation
- Practical knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience testing service workflows
- Experience with at least one ITSM tool: SMAX, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive testing activities
- German language proficiency: B2+/C1
- English level: B2 or higher
