About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a global leader in short-form mobile video and digital advertising. The Brand Ads team is integral to the company’s revenue generation, building sophisticated ad products and systems to drive engagement for brands and advertisers. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, NLP, and ranking algorithms, in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize forecasting models to improve ad spend efficiency.
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms for ad optimization, including ranking and personalization.
- Work with NLP and CV technologies to enhance content understanding for targeted ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale innovative ad systems.
- Contribute to the company’s continued growth by optimizing large-scale systems and algorithms.

- Location: Can accepted working at any office in the US, onsite work
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Applied Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Go.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ads forecasting, ranking systems, or recommendation systems.
- Experience in ads technologies like bidding, auction systems, or ad delivery.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
