  • Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members, and train team members on Matters Graph methods
  • Translate client issues into well-structured problem statements, and design problem solving methods and frameworks

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, working with them to ensure successful project delivery
  • Nurture existing client relationships as a “trusted advisor,” and begin to support the business development process to win new client business
  • Develop valuable intellectual capital and build subject matter expertise in sectors or methodologies
  • Act as a role model and demonstrate passion for Matters Graph core values

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm, boutique consultancy, private equity fund, or similar advisory environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing multiple workstreams, coordinating project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex client engagements
  • Strong client management skills, with experience building trusted relationships, leading client interactions, presenting findings and recommendations, and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Exposure to business development activities is strongly preferred; including supporting proposal development, contributing to client growth initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening client relationships.
  • Outstanding intellectual curiosity, and strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership
  • A desire to build a long-term career as a professional consultant
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

What we offer:

CTLs and Managers earn a competitive base salary and are eligible for performance-based discretionary bonuses tied to both individual and firm performance.  The base salary for these positions ranges from $180,000 to $215,000 per year.

Eligible team members may also participate in profit-sharing and equity programs, providing the opportunity to share in the firm's long-term success.

Benefits Include

  • Employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays, including your birthday
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • Training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Exposure to senior executives, private equity investors, and corporate leaders
