Tasks
Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach platforms to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure positive candidate experiences by managing follow-up communications, addressing queries, and ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding process by assisting with new employee integration and ensuring timely communication of required information.
Contribute to research on growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging recruitment practices.
Help engage potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities, building and maintaining relationships to support strategic growth and partnerships.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Genuine interest in HR and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment.
