仕事内容
‐半導体デバイス製造プロセスにおける工程管理および品質管理。
‐製造工程で発生したトラブルの根本原因分析、是正措置、および予防措置。
‐活動は「8Dリポート」の手順に則って行い、関連部署のエンジニアと協力して進める。
製造プロセスの改善活動。
‐継続的な信頼性モニタリング（ORT：On-going Reliability Test）の実施、データ分析、および故障解析。
‐顧客からの苦情（クレーム）への対応。顧客視点とLITE社内視点の両面からの対策検討。
必須のスキル・経験
‐品質管理に関するスキル（FMEA、なぜなぜ分析、統計的工程管理（SPC）、信頼性試験
‐電気電子製品の歩留改善、品質改善業務の経験を3年程度持っていること
‐英語でのメールやり取り、資料作成に対応できる程度の英語能力が有ること
-半導体チッププロセスの経験または知識があり、プロセス技術を理解していること
-自社工場における品管の経験（工程管理、トラブルシューティング、変更管理)があること
歓迎する経験
‐顧客対応経験または故障予測の解析経験。（FIB、SEM、TEM、SIMSなどの物理解析や分析手法の経験や知識）
