（1） 光半導体デバイス製造工程の品質管理全般
（2） 光半導体デバイス製造工程で発生した不具合内容の原因調査と対策。８Dに基づいた活動。
（3） 工程の改善活動
（4） ORT（On-going Reliability Test）の管理（試験、データ分析、不良解析）。
（5） 顧客クレーム関連の不具合対応。
■ポイント
- 光半導体デバイス製造工程における品質問題に取り組み、問題の原因、対策を明確にし、関連
部門へフィードバックしていく。製造工程内の種々のアラームに対して、改善活動を推進していく。
‐ 社内外で発生した不具合の解析を、他部門と協働で進める。
必須の経験
- 半導体デバイス開発または、半導体製品の歩留、品質改善業務の経験を3年程度持っていること。
- FMEA、5why、SPCなどの分析及び管理手法や、信頼性試験の知識があること。
- マクロプログラムの作成経験があること。
- 英語でのメールやり取り、資料作成、オンライン会議での議論等に対応できる程度の英語能力が有ること。
歓迎する経験
- 故障予測の解析経験。FIB、SEM、TEM、SIMSなどの物理解析や分析手法の経験や知識。
- ISO9001の知識。顧客クレームの対応経験。
