KKDAY has 12 offices in 12 countries around Asia with approx. 1000 employees. There are two entities in Japan, KKDAY Japan and Activity Japan. As we are recovering from Covid-19, and further expanding our business in Japan, it is important to have a solid personnel admin foundation to support its business. It is expected that the person will work with other local Japan and overseas HR members and build a healthy and friendly working environment across the entities by developing internal policies and rules related to relevant regulations and laws.
Job Description/業務内容:
- 人事労務業務
- 給与計算(マネーフォワード) ※顧問社労士と連動
- 勤怠管理(ジョブカン)、勤怠締め及び社内外連携
- 社会保険手続き
- 各種社内用給与・勤怠レポート、データの作成
- 健康診断やストレスチェックの準備・外注先との調整・社内案内、産業医面談設定、労基署提出資料作成
- 入退社手続き
- 総務業務
- オフィス管理(郵便物の配布、補充品や備品管理、汚れの見回りなど)
- 荷物受発注・溶解
- 各種申請対応
- 名刺発注
Key Requirements/募集要項:
- 2年以上の労務・総務のご経験
- 積極的な協調力と優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 日本語流暢レベル
- 英語への抵抗がない方(高い英語力は求めませんが、海外拠点とのやりとりで翻訳ツールを使用する場面があります)

試用期間:3ヶ月(最大6ヶ月)
