岗位职责:
- 负责生产线品质失误的原因分析和改善
- 负责生产线的改善，提高生产效率，节省成本
- 负责机器零配件和模夹具的改善
- 协助项目经理开发新项目和解决技术难题
- 负责机模应有状态跟进
- 参与自动化项目的改进
- 负责压铸工艺方案制定及制定标准作业文件；
- 负责产品试模跟进和参数调试及同时提出模具修改建议；
- 负责机台工艺监控及固化并定期复核工艺稳定性;
岗位要求:
- 大专或以上学历，机械/材料类相关专业
- 4年以上压铸工艺工程相关现场和项目管理工作经验
- 具备相关压铸理论知识及产品压铸可制造性分析能力
- 具备相关压铸缺陷产生的根本原因分析能力及制定改善对策；
- 熟练压铸生产工艺及模具结构，熟悉铝合金或锌合金
- 熟练Solidworks或者AutoCad佳
- 英语良好

Skills Required
- College diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of on-site die-casting process engineering and project management experience
- Knowledge of die-casting theory and product manufacturability analysis
- Ability to analyze root causes of die-casting defects and develop corrective actions
- Proficiency in die-casting processes and mold structure
- Experience with aluminum or zinc alloys
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Good English language skills
