职位概述
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的高级工艺工程师，负责自动点焊设备（UNIX、MW等）的工艺管理、设备维护及持续优化工作。该岗位将作为团队核心技术骨干，主导工艺改善、设备升级及自动化项目推进，持续提升产品质量、设备稳定性及生产效率。
岗位职责
设备管理与维护
- 负责自动点焊设备（UNIX、MW等）的日常维护、点检及异常处理，确保设备稳定运行；
- 独立完成设备机械、电气及控制系统故障诊断与维修；
- 制定并优化预防性维护计划，提高设备可靠性及稼动率；
- 负责设备备件管理及维修记录维护；
- 主导设备安装、调试、验证及验收工作。
工艺优化与质量改善
- 负责自动点焊工艺开发、验证及持续优化；
- 优化焊接工艺参数，提升产品质量及工艺稳定性；
- 主导焊接不良分析及改善，推动问题闭环解决；
- 运用5Why、8D、FMEA等质量工具进行根因分析；
- 持续提升FPY（一次通过率）并降低不良率；
- 支持新产品导入（NPI）及量产爬坡工作。
自动化与效率提升
- 负责自动点焊设备及相关配套设备的工艺管理；
- 推动自动化、标准化及精益改善项目落地；
- 优化生产流程，提高设备利用率及生产效率；
- 参与新设备选型、评估及导入工作。
团队管理与技术支持
- 带领工艺技术团队完成部门目标；
- 培训和指导工程师及技术员，提升团队专业能力；
- 建立和完善工艺标准、SOP及技术文件；
- 与生产、质量、设备及研发等部门协同解决技术问题。
任职要求
教育背景
- 大专及以上学历；
- 机械、自动化、电气、电子工程等相关专业优先。
工作经验
- 5年以上PCBA制造工艺相关经验；
- 具备自动点焊工艺及设备管理经验；
- 具备自动化设备故障诊断及维修经验；
- 具备团队管理经验者优先；
- 具有PCBA全流程工艺经验者优先。
专业技能
- 熟悉自动点焊设备（UNIX、MW等）工作原理及工艺流程；
- 具备机械、电气及自动化设备维修能力；
- 熟悉焊接工艺优化及质量改善方法；
- 能独立开展异常分析及根因分析；
- 熟悉5Why、8D、SPC、FMEA等质量工具；
- 具备良好的沟通协调及项目推动能力。
优先考虑
- 具备选择性波峰焊（Selective Soldering）经验；
- 具备回流焊（Reflow）或波峰焊（Wave Soldering）工艺经验；
- 参与过自动化项目导入及产线升级项目；
- 具备精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）项目经验；
- 具有消费电子、工业电子或汽车电子行业经验。

Skills Required
- Associate degree or higher; mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronic engineering preferred
- At least 5 years of PCBA manufacturing process experience
- Experience with automated spot-welding processes and equipment management
- Experience diagnosing and repairing automated equipment failures
- Knowledge of automated spot-welding equipment such as UNIX and MW systems
- Mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment maintenance skills
- Welding process optimization and quality improvement experience
- Ability to independently perform abnormality and root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with 5 Why, 8D, SPC, and FMEA quality tools
- Good communication, coordination, and project execution skills
- Team management experience
- Full-process PCBA manufacturing experience
- Selective soldering experience
- Reflow or wave soldering process experience
- Experience introducing automation projects or upgrading production lines
- Lean manufacturing project experience
- Experience in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, or automotive electronics
