岗位职责：
1. 负责屏蔽泵（湿转子型、API标准机型等）的研发与结构设计工作，对标行业领先产品，提升产品性能及国产化替代能力。
2. 主导55kW及以上大功率屏蔽泵（常规型、高温型、防爆型）的结构设计、材料选型及工艺优化，确保满足石化、化工、新材料等领域需求。
3. 参与技术转化与量产支持，协助解决生产中的技术问题，推动产品标准化与成本优化。
4. 分析竞品技术动态，制定差异化设计方案，提升产品市场竞争力。
5. 协同供应链团队，完善备件及核心部件的本地化供应体系。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上，流体机械、热能与动力工程、机械设计、电机与电器相关专业；
2. 5 年及以上湿转子屏蔽泵 / 屏蔽电泵整机独立开发经验，有大功率屏蔽泵企业从业经历优先；有 IDC / 数据中心液冷泵开发经验优先；
3. 独立主导过50kW 及以上大功率屏蔽泵完整量产项目，熟练掌握湿转子屏蔽电机、双层屏蔽套、石墨滑动轴承整套设计逻辑，熟悉 API 标准屏蔽泵结构设计；
4. 精通 SolidWorks/Creo/UG 三维建模、AutoCAD 工程制图，熟练使用 ANSYS（Fluent/Mechanical/Maxwell）完成流体、结构、电磁耦合仿真；熟练输出 DFMEA、计算书、测试规范等全套研发文档。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in fluid machinery, thermal energy and power engineering, mechanical design, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of independent development experience with wet-rotor canned pumps or canned electric pumps.
- Independent leadership of a complete mass-production project for a 50kW or higher high-power canned pump.
- Strong understanding of wet-rotor canned motors, double-layer containment sleeves, graphite sliding bearings, and API-standard canned pump structures.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, Creo, or UG for 3D modeling and AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with ANSYS Fluent, Mechanical, and Maxwell for fluid, structural, and electromagnetic coupling simulations.
- Ability to produce DFMEA, engineering calculations, test specifications, and complete product development documentation.
- Experience working for a high-power canned pump company.
- Experience developing liquid-cooling pumps for IDC or data center applications.
