Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration)
- 8+ years manufacturing logistics, supply chain, or lean operations experience
- At least 3 years in regional or group-level management or senior specialist role
- Experience building logistics systems for new factories or implementing large logistics digital projects (WMS/TMS/automation)
- Proficiency with lean production and logistics improvement tools (VSM, Kanban, pull systems, visual management)
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERP (e.g., SAP), WMS, MRP; data analysis and process optimization skills
- System-level project management skills; ability to independently lead complex cross-department and cross-plant projects
