Provide senior technical strategy for ServiceNow’s Risk and Security practice by co-creating partner architectures, reusable solution assets, proofs of concept, training, and executive briefings. Produce contextual internal reports, collaborate on analytical products, and employ secure methods to support threat intelligence operations.

Lead large-scale collection and analysis of deep and dark web data, build and maintain production-grade automated collection systems (LLM-integrated), operate Docker/cloud-based pipelines and APIs, respond to collection failures and incidents, perform threat actor research, and apply OPSEC tradecraft while collaborating globally.

Own and improve Onebrief’s corporate security stack across endpoints, identity, SaaS, browsers, Zero Trust, EDR, SIEM, and MDM. Establish secure configuration baselines, detect and remediate drift, integrate telemetry, and build API-driven or infrastructure-as-code automation. Translate CMMC 2.0 and NIST-aligned requirements into continuously validated technical controls and reliable audit evidence. Partner with Corporate IT, Security Operations, GRC, and application owners to strengthen security posture and reduce manual compliance work.

Lead and scale Brigit's IT Operations: manage day-to-day support, own IAM/SSO (Okta), maintain VPN and security tooling (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), drive audit readiness (SOC, PCI, SOX), improve incident response, document processes, and partner cross-functionally on security and compliance.

Designs and deploys proactive cyber defense and counter-adversary capabilities. Responsibilities include threat research, adversary behavior analysis, threat hunting, security automation, detection logic, attack-surface evaluation, vulnerability mitigation, and telemetry improvements across network, cloud, and endpoint environments.
