Ziina Benefits Overview

Build and lead Ziina’s Internal Audit function, establishing its governance, methodology, risk-based audit plan, and reporting framework. Conduct end-to-end audits across financial, operational, regulatory, technology, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, data protection, and safeguarding risks. Report independently to the Board, oversee remediation, coordinate with regulators and external auditors, and introduce data analytics and automation to improve audit effectiveness. The role requires prior fintech audit experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in a regulated environment.

Own Ziina’s lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back. Build and optimize email, push, and in-app campaigns in Braze; manage segmentation, experimentation, attribution, and CRM data quality. Partner with product, growth, engineering, design, and content teams to improve activation, retention, and revenue. Maintain the martech stack, report on performance, and coordinate cross-channel campaigns for business and consumer audiences.

Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer, including outbound sourcing, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, interview calibration, pipeline analytics, ATS administration, recruitment automation, and external partner management. The role also contributes to employer branding, process improvement, scalable recruiting systems, and talent strategy in a fast-growing startup environment.
