As a seed stage startup, we can only do what we can with the resources we have which means right now we are focusing on empowering our teammates to make an impact on the future of our company and world, have a flexible work schedule, and equity. Once the next round of $1M+ funding comes in the door, we will offer benefits that make sense for our team that may include health insurance, 401k plan, incentives/reimbursements for using public transit if not living local to the office, etc.
