Lead and mentor a fraud operations team to detect, investigate, and prevent card and payments fraud. Monitor alerts, analyse transaction and user data using analytics tools, propose system/process improvements, conduct escalated investigations, and ensure compliance with payment regulations and card scheme rules while collaborating cross-functionally.

Conduct transaction investigations and review escalated alerts to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity, consider seizure/police orders, and file Suspicious Transaction Reports when applicable. Collaborate with Compliance and business teams to mitigate risk, identify transaction patterns, and help improve end-to-end processes to protect the company and customers.
