Leads one or two software engineering teams building scalable backend and frontend applications. Responsibilities include people management, mentoring, performance evaluations, technical direction, hands-on coding, code reviews, project delivery, engineering excellence, test automation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires expertise in concurrent, distributed, and high-performance systems while fostering agile, autonomous, and high-performing teams.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop video-focused content strategies, monitor platform trends, engage with followers, maintain the brand voice, and collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate performance and optimize creative output. The role requires end-to-end content ownership, including planning, shooting, editing, and uploading, along with active participation in content ideation.

Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers across Android, iOS, and backend development. Own mobile and backend architecture, API design, scalability, security, testing, CI/CD, and delivery quality. Stay hands-on through coding and code reviews while guiding technical direction, project execution, hiring, performance management, and career development. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable fintech products at scale.
