Yoga Alliance Benefits Overview

The Director of Research & Analysis leads organizational research, program evaluation, data analysis, performance measurement, and knowledge management. They design research frameworks, conduct quantitative and qualitative studies, evaluate initiatives, monitor trends, and translate findings into executive reports, visualizations, white papers, and strategic recommendations. The role coaches teams on evidence-based decision-making, supports performance frameworks and grant evaluation, manages cross-functional partnerships, and advances data-informed strategy, including use of AI-enabled research tools.

Own and enhance Yoga Alliance’s Salesforce platform across administration, configuration, development, integrations, security, reporting, and data quality. Build Flow automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud solutions; manage deployments, testing, releases, incidents, and enhancement backlogs. Partner with internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner to translate requirements into technical solutions, maintain documentation, support users, and improve membership, credentialing, payments, communications, and portal experiences.

Lead People strategy and operations for a remote-distributed US workforce: build and manage a People team, design HR programs (benefits, performance, L&D, total rewards, TA), drive org design and DEI integration, ensure compliance, implement HR technology, coach leaders, manage projects and events, and improve employee experience and retention.
