Own and improve AI-powered analytics capabilities, including Talk2Data, evaluation frameworks, data quality validation, and AI output governance. Translate business needs into analytical requirements, collaborate with data and product stakeholders, support cloud data platforms, lead AI proofs of concept, diagnose tooling integrations, and drive organizational adoption through enablement sessions and documentation.

Defines analytical approaches, owns functional analysis, documents requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and ensures business needs align with technically feasible Salesforce solutions. The role supports complex international IT projects across the full software development lifecycle, coordinates dependencies across workstreams, manages requirements for SEPA Direct Debit and mandate processes, and validates scope and test cases. It requires fluent Italian and English, strong Salesforce expertise, business analysis experience, and practical use of AI-powered productivity tools.
