Xceptor Benefits Overview

Supports the tax product roadmap and delivery of international tax capabilities, including calculation, determination, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and regulatory change management. Gathers requirements, creates user stories, prioritizes backlogs, supports launches, analyzes tax and product data, validates calculations, and collaborates with Tax, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams.

Leads product strategy and operations in partnership with the CPO, overseeing the product operating model, governance, portfolio, roadmaps, resource allocation, KPIs, reporting, customer and market insights, launch readiness, pricing input, and AI-enabled tooling. Acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership, prepares board materials, drives cross-functional alignment and transformation, and leads the Product Operations team.

Owns the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and continuous improvement of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Commercial, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate business needs into product requirements, dashboards, metrics, and self-service insights. The role promotes data quality, governance, accessibility, adoption, and data-driven decision-making while managing stakeholders, releases, prioritization, and product performance.
