At Würk, we take work/life balance seriously. In addition to offering unlimited PTO, we encourage employees to request their birthday off each year. We also encourage employees to take “Mental Health Days” when needed. Because we value overall wellness, we offer each employee an annual fitness reimbursement as well. Employees can also claim points through our employee recognition program, Bonusly, for completing certain wellness awards; for example, walking over 50,000 steps per week or drinking over eight glasses of water per day.
