Women's Lunch Place Benefits Overview

Provides strategic clinical leadership for trauma-informed services supporting women experiencing homelessness, poverty, trauma, and complex needs. Responsibilities include mentoring and supervising clinical leaders, advising on complex cases, guiding quality improvement and outcome measurement, implementing evidence-based models such as Critical Time Intervention, developing programs, building community partnerships, and contributing to organizational strategy. The role requires independent Massachusetts clinical licensure and substantial clinical supervision and leadership experience.

The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll support through Paylocity, compliance, employee relations, internal communications, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. The role maintains confidential information, tracks certifications and deadlines, supports surveys and performance evaluations, and provides administrative support to the Senior Director of HR. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring at least four days in person.
