The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll support through Paylocity, compliance, employee relations, internal communications, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. The role maintains confidential information, tracks certifications and deadlines, supports surveys and performance evaluations, and provides administrative support to the Senior Director of HR. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring at least four days in person.

The Clinical Director leads clinical operations within the organization, ensuring ethical practices, quality care, and oversight of clinical services, alongside program development and staff supervision.
