Tess Glassman-Kaufman can clearly envision Wisetack’s strategic direction — and that’s not by accident. Leadership believes in the power of transparency, a fact made clear to Glassman-Kaufman during her interview process as managers identified the best place she could add maximum value and grow. Today, she’s building company presence and adapting strategies in new verticals as a strategic partnership manager. “From marketing and product to customer success, I’ve received support from the team to help me better navigate the broader ecosystem of a fintech startup,” she said.

“With more than 130 people on the team, my job’s changed quite a bit since we founded the company,” said CEO Bobby Tzekin. Back in Wisetack’s fundraising days, he could be spotted furiously pedaling his bike around San Francisco between meetings. Now, the company operates a new type of lending and risk management network for a modern financial ecosystem — all while being recognized as a great place to work. “We have quickly grown to a meaningful size with fantastic market traction,” he said. “I attribute that to us being good at what we do!”
