Supports the European Product Legal team with structuring, launching, registering, listing, and maintaining Irish UCITS funds and Irish or Jersey ETC products. Responsibilities include drafting fund and offering documents, coordinating with regulators, exchanges, external counsel, and service providers, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance, updating prospectuses, and assisting with marketing materials and client responses.

Develop and maintain full-stack Trading and Pricing applications. Translate business needs into technical requirements, design and implement React, Django, and Python solutions, integrate APIs and databases, test and deploy software, and support production releases. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams on architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and serverless services.

Drive sales and relationship management across Germany’s intermediary and wealth market. Build relationships with banks, platforms, and B2B partners; generate ETF assets and new business; execute regional sales strategy; educate clients on products and market developments; maintain Salesforce data; and collaborate on sales campaigns and market-development initiatives.
