As part of Wipfli’s service-oriented culture, we encourage our associates to pursue their own passions and provide them with the flexibility to take an active role in their communities. Many of them are proud members of nonprofit boards, regularly volunteer at organizations and donate to those in need. The Wipfli Foundation, our charity and employee donation-matching program, has evolved to become a catalyst for positive change in our communities through various initiatives. We have three programs to support our community impact — university support, community support and grantmaking.

Wipfli provides leadership development to help ensure you achieve your goals, whether that’s being a director, partner or principal. Our learning and development teams and performance coaches will help associates develop their careers along our path to success, that starts with leading self and evolves toward leading others and leading the business. Each year, we work collaboratively to set individuals’ goals and then reward achievements during leadership review with raises, promotions and bonuses as merited. We have leadership positions that range from a board of directors and partners/principals to managers of teams and divisions. Our organizational structure includes opportunities for election to equity and nonequity partners.

Your wellness is important, which is why Wipfli associates can take flexible time off work. We also have dedicated well-being days so our associates can take time away from work without stress. We've also instituted firmwide meeting-free hours on Wednesdays, which allows associates to increase their focus and decrease meeting fatigue.
