Supports communications and partnership initiatives through contact management, email outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, research, event coordination, shared inbox monitoring, and performance reporting. Maintains calendars, content schedules, campaign records, and internal documentation while collaborating with content, community, and social media teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, coordination, and administrative skills, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and related tracking tools.

Build, maintain, and QA responsive HTML/CSS email templates and direct-mail assets in Iterable. Develop reusable modular components, optimize performance, troubleshoot rendering across inboxes and devices, and support dark mode and accessibility. Connect Iterable with martech and community platforms through APIs, webhooks, iFrames, Make, and Zapier. Collaborate with designers and strategists to assess feasibility, improve customer experience, and support lifecycle automation.
