As a Senior 2D Game Artist, you will lead art vision, collaborate with teams, iterate designs, and define effective workflows using Gen-AI. Expect to transform concepts into visual experiences and solve problems throughout game development.

Analyze mobile game performance, experimentation results, player behavior, monetization, acquisition costs, and early investment models. Develop recommendations for building, iterating, scaling, or discontinuing games. Support distribution and global launch strategies across markets, platforms, audiences, and channels. Prioritize high-impact analyses, communicate findings clearly, and collaborate with product, game, and creative teams under conditions of incomplete data.

Own the creative production pipeline for mobile games advertising, from concept generation and scriptwriting through directing video, playable, and static assets. Collaborate with marketing, creative, data, and external production teams; review work for quality; analyze performance metrics; and use testing insights to guide iteration, scaling, and knowledge sharing. The role requires audiovisual production or creative direction experience, animation and motion expertise, AI workflow familiarity, and English and Portuguese communication skills.
