Maintains medical records in compliance with healthcare, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. Duties include release of information, record analysis, document indexing and scanning, obituary processing, portal assistance, customer service, data compilation, quality review, interdepartmental communication, and support for new system implementations. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience, HIPAA knowledge, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Provides clinical care in a surgical clinic and serves as a first assistant for primarily orthopedic procedures. Responsibilities include evaluating new patients, delivering postoperative care, maintaining medical records, supporting billing and regulatory compliance, participating in quality assurance and peer review, and assisting with clinic inspections and administrative activities.

Provides inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, including medication order fulfillment, drug therapy monitoring, patient education, inventory control, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff. The pharmacist participates in rotating on-call coverage, supervises pharmacy functions, complies with applicable regulations, and supports safe, efficient patient care.

Processes payroll, withholdings, deductions, reimbursements, contractor payments, and employee benefit accounts. Reconciles payroll and general ledger accounts, supports month-end close, audits, tax filings, accounts payable, and rent receivables. Maintains confidential employee records, assists employees and managers with payroll questions, collaborates with HR and vendors, and supports special finance projects.
