Leads fundraising and development activities across three university colleges or operational units. Builds and executes comprehensive fundraising strategies, develops donor pipelines, cultivates and solicits major gifts, strengthens alumni and community relationships, and partners with university leadership to increase philanthropy. The role also manages development programs, establishes performance metrics, supports senior leaders, and provides strategic direction to the Advancement Division.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate and graduate Mechanical Engineering courses (3/3 load), develop externally funded research, supervise undergraduate and graduate (including PhD) projects, engage industry partnerships, contribute to curriculum and accreditation, mentor students, and provide departmental and college service.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of Thursday-Saturday evening campus events. Monitor club participation, maintain programming calendar, communicate with student groups, provide on-site event support, identify gaps, and help plan events to boost student engagement.
