Westdale Asset Management Benefits Overview

Serve as primary HR partner for a ~400-employee portfolio, advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, training, unemployment/EEOC claims, and HR projects to strengthen culture and organizational performance.

Support on-site property operations for a 208-unit apartment community: leasing, processing applications, income collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting, marketing, and bookkeeping. Serve as backup Leasing Consultant, work one Saturday monthly, and use Word/Excel/Outlook/Yardi. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in by performing minor repairs, completing move-in checklists, maintaining grounds and common areas, picking up debris, and performing additional duties assigned by management. Provide on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
