Westdale Asset Management Benefits Overview

Supports management of a 176-unit apartment community through leasing, application processing, income collections, move-in and move-out coordination, resident relations, reporting, and marketing. Performs Leasing Consultant duties as needed and uses bookkeeping, organizational, communication, and property management software skills. The role requires Saturday work with a weekday alternative day off, a valid Texas driver’s license, and includes background checks and drug screening.

Performs apartment make-ready work, including minor repairs, maintenance, move-in readiness checklists, grounds and common-area upkeep, and trash or debris removal. Follows instructions, works independently and with a team, responds to assigned duties, works occasional weekends, and participates in emergency on-call coverage every two weeks.

Support community management with leasing, processing applications, move-ins/outs, income collections, resident relations, reporting, and marketing. Perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed, maintain bookkeeping and records using Yardi/CRM, and work one Saturday per month. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
