Develop and execute marketing strategies for 8–10 advisor teams across email, social, websites, campaigns, and events. Partner with advisors and marketing stakeholders, coordinate creative and compliance approvals, manage vendors, analyze Salesforce data, track campaign performance, and provide optimization insights. The role also trains advisors, develops scalable marketing resources, supports growth initiatives, and uses AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and service quality.

Creates and manages advisor-facing and B2B marketing content, creative assets, campaign materials, presentations, digital resources, and sales enablement tools. Coordinates projects from intake through delivery, supports compliance reviews, maintains templates and content libraries, and tracks campaign and resource performance. Collaborates with marketing, design, sales, compliance, advisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to produce accurate, brand-aligned materials in a regulated financial services environment.
