Lead recruitment for ~500 graduate hires: partner with Practices to set objectives and strategies, manage a team of ~10 junior recruiters, analyze KPIs and risks, run end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and drive recruitment transformation and employer branding.

Work on cybersecurity, digital risk, and technology consulting projects across IT strategy, digital transformation, data governance and business transformation. Autonomously manage project delivery, create client presentations, build client relationships, support proposals and business development, and contribute to internal growth initiatives for the Asia business unit.

As a Financial Services Consulting Intern, you will contribute to consulting projects for major financial institutions, develop project management skills, and work collaboratively in international teams.
